摘要 国电驻马店热电有限公司#1机组超净排放改造后,吸收塔浆液频繁起泡,大量气泡从吸收塔及AFT塔溢流排气管处飘出,同时多次出现浆液大面积外溢,严重影响现场安全文明生产及环保达标排放。因此对该问题进行分析探讨,并提出控制石灰石品质、液位计改造、消除氧化风管堵塞等解决措施。 the ultra-clean discharge and transformation of the #1 units of Zhumadian Thermal Power Co.,Ltd. of State Grid,the slurry of the absorption tower frequently bubbled,a large number of bubbles floated from the absorption tower and the overflow exhaust pipe of the AFT tower,and at the same time,a large area of slurry overflowed repeatedly,which seriously affect on-site safety and civilized production and environmental protection to meet the discharge standards. Therefore,this problem is analyzed and discussed, and the measures to control the quality of limestone,improve the liquid level meter,eliminate the blockage of oxidation duct and so on are put forward.
