摘要
中国石油兰州石化硫磺回收能力4.5万t/a,采用两级Claus加氢尾气处理工艺。设计将气体精制装置的氧化尾气排入尾气焚烧炉进行焚烧,因此常造成硫磺回收装置净化烟气中的二氧化硫超标。本文重点就氧化尾气、酸性气带液等造成SO2超标原因进行分析,并从上游生产装置、气体精制装置、尾气回收单元的操作入手,找到解决问题的途径,为同类装置提供参考依据。
The sulfur recovery unit, with capacity 45 kt/a and two-stage Claus process in Petrochina Lanzhou Petrochemical, was designed to discharge the oxygenation tail-gas from gas refining unit into exhaust gas incinerator, which often caused over-standard SO2 in the purified flue gas. This article is to analyze the reason of the excessive SO2 from the oxygenation tail-gas and entrained liquid in acidic gas, and solve the problem by improving operations of upstream, gas refining and tail-gas recovery units, thus providing reference for similar units.
