摘要
对影响炼油企业硫磺回收装置烟气中SO2浓度变化的四个主要因素进行了分析,并建立了各自影响烟气中SO2浓度的四个数学模型。通过对所建立的模型进行检测,结果表明,模型误差率在5%以内,实现了数学模型对实际操作的指导,有助于实现硫磺回收装置尾气稳定达标的目标。
This paper makes an analysis on the four main factors affecting the SO2 concentration in the flue gas in sulfur recovery unit of refineries. It establishes four respective mathematical models which influence the SO2 concentration. By testing the established models,the results indicate that the model error rate is within 5%. The guidance of mathematical models to practical operation is realized. This will help to achieve the goal of stable standard discharge of the tail gas from the sulfur recovery unit.
