探究乙醇-丙酮不同比例对雨生红球藻中虾青素提取速率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探究了用不同配比的有机溶剂浸提法提取雨生红球藻中虾青素的效果。[方法]在乙醇和丙酮的不同比例下(1∶0、1∶1、1∶2、2∶1、0∶1,V/V),比较雨生红球藻提取得到虾青素的含量,并且用分光度计法检测OD值,计算出虾青素的含量。[结果]在试验条件下,乙醇/丙酮为1∶2(V/V)时虾青素的的提取率为15.59 mg/g,丙酮的提取率为15.06 mg/g,乙醇/丙酮为1∶1(V/V)时提取率为12.72mg/g,乙醇/丙酮为2∶1(V/V)时提取率为12.47 mg/g,乙醇的提取率为10.11 mg/g。[结论]乙醇/丙酮为1∶2(V/V)时提取率最高,其次是丙酮。 [ Objective ] The experiment explored the organic solvent extraction method to extract astaxanthin in Haematococcus pluvialis. [ Method] We researched the effects of the ratio on the efficiency of astaxanthin extraction in different proportions of ethanol and acetone ( 1 : 0, 1: 1, 1: 2,2: 1,0: 1, V/V). Then we compared the ratio of extracting astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis, detected OD value by spectrophotometer and calculated the extraction of astaxanthin. [ Result ] Under the experimental conditions, the astaxanthin extraction of ethanol/ace- tone ratio 1 : 2 (V/V) was 15.59 mg/g, that of acetone only was 15.06 mg/g, that of ethanol/acetone 1 : 1 (V/V) was 12.72 mg/g, that of ethanol/acetone 2:1 (V/V) was 12.47 mg/g, and that of ethanol was 10.11 mg/g. [ Conclusion] The extraction rate of ethanol/acetone 1: 2( V/ V) is the highest, following by acetone.
