摘要
银杏叶提取物(Extracts of Ginkgo biloba,EGb)具有诸多生物活性,但银杏酚酸的存在限制了EGb的应用。目前,去除EGb中银杏酚酸的方法主要有有机溶剂法和柱层析法,笔者在有机溶剂法的基础上提出配位-有机溶剂法,即在有机溶剂法最佳工艺条件的基础上引入金属离子配位以增加去除银杏酚酸的效果。结果表明:利用配位-有机溶剂法可以有效去除银杏酚酸,并有效减少有机溶剂洗涤次数,且不影响总银杏黄酮苷和总银杏内酯的含量;同时,EGb中的部分黄酮与锌离子形成配合物,可以提高EGb的抗肝癌细胞(HepG2)的活性。
Extracts of Ginkgo biloba(EGb) has many biological activities,however,the existence of ginkgolic acids in EGb limit the applications of EGb. Currently,organic solvent method and column chromatography method are the main ways to remove ginkgolic acids from EGb. As a new method,coordination-organic solvent method was put forward based on organic solvent method. In coordination-organic solvent method,metal ions were added to the mixed solution from the best technological conditions of organic solvent method. The results showed that the coordination-organic solvent method could not only effectively remove ginkgolic acids,but also reduce the extraction times without affecting the content of total flavonoid glycosides and total ginkgolides. Meanwhile,a small amount of flavonoids and zinc ions could form complexes,which could improve the EGb activity of anti-hepatoma cells(HepG2).
