摘要
课例研究以日常课堂教学为对象,以教师合作文化为前提,以运用特定方法为基础,明显区别于传统课研究范式的取向。应当通过改变教师发展评价导向、建设课例研究共同体和激发研究内驱力等路径,实现提高教师专业水准、致力于每一课堂中每一位学生获得最佳发展的远景目标。
Targeted at the routine classroom teaching, preconditioned by the cooperative culture of teach- ers and based on the application of specific methods, the lesson study is obviously distinct from the research paradigm of traditional classroom teaching. It is the correct path to realize the visions of improving teachers' professional level and of being devoted to each class for every student to get his/her best development by means of changing the teachers' development evaluation, building the community of lesson study, and stimu- lating the internal research drive.
