摘要
校本教研在学校中扮演着越来越为重要的角色,但在实施中却遇到了诸多问题,既有主体的"错位",也有制度和其自身方面的缺失;面对这些问题,文章分别从教师的专业能力的限制,理论与实践的脱离,观念转换的不到位,制度和传统管理体制的缺陷等五个方面做了分析,并进一步提出了应对策略,包括促进教师的专业发展,发挥专家引领作用,理论与实践的对接,建立健全制度和彰显学校特色。只有保证这五项对策有效实施,校本教研才能在学校的实施中更为有效。
School-based teaching and research play an increasingly important role in the school,but the implementation has encountered many problems,both the main body of the "mangled",and the aspects of the system and itself shortcomings;Face to these problems,respectively,from the professional competence of teachers,the restrictions between the theory and practice,the concept of conversion is not in place,the shortcomings of systems and traditional management systems were analyzed in five aspects,further more,the author puts forward the following five aspects of coping strategies,including the promotion of professional development of teachers,leading experts to play a role in the theory and practice,make a good connection between theory and practice,establish a sound system and highlight school characteristics.Only ensure these five measures implemented effectively,school-based teaching and research could be implement more effective at schools.
