摘要 为改善聚甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯(PDMAEMA)水凝胶的机械性能,提高其实用价值,通过辐射方法制备了PDMAEMA/黏土纳米复合水凝胶,并研究了黏土含量等因素对合成的纳米复合水凝胶的凝胶分数、凝胶结构、溶胀性能、热响应性和机械强度的影响。结果表明:黏土的加入增加了水凝胶的交联度,导致凝胶网络结构的孔径减小,平衡溶胀比下降;含有黏土的纳米复合水凝胶不再表现出过溶胀性质,且具有较低的低临界转变温度(约30℃);黏土的加入可明显改善合成的纳米复合水凝胶的机械性能,随着黏土含量的增加,纳米复合水凝胶在95%压缩形变下的压缩应力最高可达7.19 MPa。采用辐射方法制备的PDMAEMA/黏土纳米复合水凝胶具有优异的综合性能,预期在废水污染物吸附分离等方面具有良好的应用前景。 In order to improve the mechanical strength of PDMAEMA hydrogels ,a fac‐ile approach to synthesize PDMAEMA /clay nanocomposite hydrogel (PDLG ) using radiation technique was developed .The effects of synthesis conditions on the gel frac‐tion ,structure ,swelling behavior ,thermo sensitivity and mechanical strength of the PDLG were investigated .The results show that the incorporation of inorganic clay can increase the crosslinking densities of PDLG ,thus the PDLG has smaller pore size and lower equilibrium swelling ratio .PDLG containing clay no longer shows overshooting effects ,and its lower critical solution temperature decreases to about 30 ℃ .The incor‐poration of clay can enhance the mechanical strength of PDLG significantly .With the increase of clay content in PDLG , the compression stress of PDLG can reach up to 7.19 MPa at a strain of 95% .The radiation synthesized PDLG with outstanding com‐prehensive properties is expected to have better application in removal of contaminants for waste water .
