PEO/PDMAEMA组成的半互穿网凝胶的辐射合成与电场响应性研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用γ辐射引发溶液聚合合成了 3种不同聚环氧乙烷 (PEO)含量的聚环氧乙烷 聚甲基丙烯酸N 二甲氨基乙酯 (PEO PDMAEMA)的半互穿网凝胶 (Semi IPNs) ,通过实验找到了合成这种半互穿网凝胶的最佳条件 .实验中发现PEO含量对凝胶的平衡溶胀度 (EDS)有明显的影响 ,当加入少量的PEO(~ 3wt% )时EDS明显增大 ,后随着PEO含量的逐渐增加 ,EDS又逐渐减小并趋于稳定 .这种Semi IPNs的凝胶有明显的电场响应性 ,其中PEO含量的不同 ,电场响应的效果也有明显的差别 ,以PEO与DMAEMA初始料液比为5∶95的凝胶电场响应性最好 . Three Semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (Semi-IPNs) composed of poly(2-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(PDMAEMA), and poly(ethylene oxide),PEO, were synthesized by γ-radiation technology.The optimum synthesizing conditions have been found in the work.The equilibrium swelling ratio,EDS,of the Semi-IPNs was effected by the weight ratio between PEO and DMAEMA.When there was a little PEO (~3 wt%) in the Semi-IPNs,the EDS of Semi-IPNs was much larger than that of PDMAEMA,as the weight ratio of PEO in Semi-IPNs increased the EDS of Semi-IPNs decreased gradually and tended to be stable.The Semi-IPNs showed obvious electric-responsiveness,and the effect was dependent on the weight ratio of PEO in the Semi-IPNs.The electric-responsiveness was the most remarkable when the weight ratio of PEO was 5% in Semi-IPNs.The Semi-IPNs were used successfully in entraping and electric field controled release of a Chinese traditional medicine,saponins.
