摘要 以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)和甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为共聚单体、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,用溶液聚合法合成P(MAA-co-BMA)水凝胶,研究其吸水溶胀性和pH敏感性。结果表明,BMA投料为摩尔分数5%的共聚水凝胶在211℃以下处于高弹态,其吸水溶胀比可达52;该凝胶烘干和冻干处理后的pH敏感性都很好,即平衡溶胀比随着pH增大而增大;而冻干凝胶因具有规律的大孔结构,在不同pH溶液中的平衡溶胀比差异更大。 The poly(methacrylic acid-co-butyl methacrylate) [P (MAA-co-BMA) ] hydrogels were syn- thesized by solution polymerization with methacrylic acid (MAA) and butyl methacrylate (BMA) as monomers, N, N-methylenebis acrylamide (BIS) as crosslinking agent, and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator.The swelling behaviors of hydrogels in water and different pH solutions were in- vestigated.The results showed that, the hydrogel with 5 % BMA in feed ratio was in high elastic state below 211℃ ,and the swelling ratio in water can reach 52.Both the freeze-dried and the ovendried hy- drogels had good pH sensitivity,which means the equilibrium swelling ratio of them can increase with the pH increasing,and the equilibrium swelling ratio of freeze-dried hydrogel had more obvious differ- ence in different pH solution as it has relative uniform macropores.
