摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,采用溶胶-凝胶法在玻片上制备TiO2半导体薄膜,以微孔敏化的方法将CdS引入到TiO2纳米粒子的表面,形成的CdS-TiO2半导体复合膜用于处理煤气发生站废水中的污染物.研究了CdS-TiO2复合半导体材料光催化降解作用机理和CdS含量对TiO2半导体材料光催化降解活性的影响.
The anodized TiO2 films were synthesized by a sol-gel method using butyl titanic acid as a precursor on glass sheet The CdS-TiO2 composite films were prepared by a micropore sensitize method that lead CdS to TiO2 nanoparticle surface. The photocatalytic degradation effect of wastewater from gas generation plant using CdS-TiO2 composite films was studied. The photocatalytic degradation mechanics of CdS-TiO2 composite films to sewage was dissected. The correlation between content of CdS to TiO2 semiconductor material and composite films photocatalytic degradation activity was ascertained.
