摘要
针对老年群体康复器械监测技术中传感器无法有效适应监测应用问题。设计并分析明胶-单宁酸水凝胶传感器,从傅里叶变换红外光谱、电阻应变传感器等角度进行研究。研究结果表明,水凝胶传感器具有快速的自愈能力(0.65 s内)和高自愈效率(95%)。水凝胶是一种有效的电解质材料,当与锌和空气电极组装时形成水凝胶电池,作为自供电传感器可实时监测老年群体健康,且无需外部电源。由于水凝胶的拉伸性,自供电传感器表现出良好的响应和柔韧性。可广泛应用于老年群体康复器械传感器监测技术中。
In view of the problem that the sensors in the rehabilitation equipment monitoring technology for the elderly cannot effectively adapt to the monitoring application,gelatin-tannic acid hydrogel sensor was designed and analyzed from the perspective of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,resistance strain sensor and so on.The results showed that the hydrogel sensor had a fast self-healing ability(within 0.65 s)and a high self-healing efficiency(95%).Hydrogel was an effective electrolyte material,which formed a hydrogel battery when assembled with zinc and air electrodes,and could monitor the health of the elderly in real time as a self-powered sensor without external power supply.Due to the tensile property of the hydrogel,the self-powered sensor showed a good response and flexibility.It can be widely used in the sensor monitoring technology of rehabilitation devices for the elderly.
