摘要
针对一级台阶凸模结构导致模具稳定性的问题,结合一级台阶凸模在冲裁过程中的受力特点,采用4阶经典Rung-Kutta法,计算了算例中一级台阶凸模的力学模型的数值解,给出了随一级台阶凸模的弹性长度与刚性长度之比的变化的载荷参数的关系曲线。结果表明,当一级台阶凸模弹性长度与刚度长度之比变化不太大时,与其载荷参数呈现线弹性关系,提出了校核凸模长度需先确定凸模刃口的长度范围的观点,确定了一级台阶凸模刃口长度的上限和下限。
To analyze the stability problem of die structure caused by the step punch,the numerical solution of the mechanical model of the step punch is calculated.The stress characteristic of the step punch in the stamping process is considered and the classic 4order RungKutta method is adopted in this calculation.The relationship between the loading parameter and the ratio of elastic length to rigid length of the step punch is obtained.It shows that when the change of this length ratio is not large,the loading parameter is linearly related to the length ratio.It is notable that cutting edge length should be specified before checking the punch length.According to the result,the upper and lower limit of the cutting edge length of the punch is determined.
