摘要
文章介绍了机器人柔性滚边系统规划方案的实现,分析滚边工艺及主要滚边设备,着重研究实际应用中出现的滚边质量缺陷,并运用上述技术和理论提出可行性解决措施,结果证明该方案具有明显的实际应用价值。
This paper introduces the implementation of the process planning proposal of robot flexible roller hemming system. By analyzing on the hemming process and basic equipments, quality defects which appearing in the practical application are discussed in detail. Then the feasible measures are advanced. The resuh proves that the robot roller hemming station has high performance in the practical applications.
