本文介绍一种用于汽车装配生产线的机器人涂胶滚边工作站。其主要内容包括机器人及其控制、车门抓手及滚边头的结构、胶液供给系统等。这种工作站保证了涂胶的均匀性、一致性、准确性,提高了机器人的利用率,具有明显的实际应用价值。
This paper presents a robot station of spray glue and rim applied in the car assembly line. It is made up of the robot, the control system, the grab hand of car door and piped head, and glue supply system. The station makes spray coating well-distributedquality, and therefore improves efficiency of the robot and has high performance in the practical applications.
