摘要
国内外生产轿车挡风玻璃厂家其涂胶作业均采用不同类型、且各具特点的自动设备或生产线。本文作者根据设计实践及理论介绍几种类型的涂胶作业系统,并从自动化程度、生产制度、用户需求和产品质量等方面给予分析,为企业及设计部门提供参考意见。
Different auto-equipment and line are used to spray glue for car glass at home and abroad. This paper presents four system according to our design practice and knowledge. Given a advice to consumer and designer based on analysis of automation,production system, cost, consumer demarnd, product quality.
