摘要
为研究煤泥基充填材料的流动与强度特性,运用正交试验设计了以煤泥、高水、水泥、粉煤灰为组合的胶结充填材料,采用极差、方差分析及多元回归分析等方法,研究了煤泥水百分浓度(A)、高水添加比例(B)、水泥添加比例(C)、粉煤灰添加比例(D)等4个关键因素对充填材料的初凝时间、扩散度及抗压强度、抗剪强度的影响机制。试验结果表明:①煤泥基充填材料的初凝时间为52~67 min,扩散度为42.0~76.5 cm,抗压强度为0.076~0.247 MPa,抗剪强度为0.033~0.139 MPa。对于初凝时间,影响显著性有B>C>A>D;对于扩散度,有A>D>B>C;对于抗压强度,有D>C>A>B;对于抗剪强度,有C>D>A>B。②拟合出了A、B、C、D与流动性指标及强度指标的数学关系式,初凝时间与A、B成二次函数关系、与C、D均呈指数关系;扩散度与A、B、C均呈指数关系,与D呈三角函数关系;抗压强度与A、D均呈指数关系,与B、C呈二次多项式关系;抗剪强度与A、B呈二次多项式关系、与C、D均呈指数关系;在A、B、C、D等4个因素与4个参数独立拟合方程的基础上,建立4因素共同影响下煤泥基充填材料流动性及强度特性参数预计模型,并进行了验证。
To study the flow and strength characteristics of coal slime based backfill materials,orthogonal tests were used to design one ce-mented backfill material combining coal slime,high-water-content materials,cement,and fly ash.By using range,analysis of variance,and multi-variate regression analysis,influences of four key factors on the initial setting time,bleeding ratio,diffusivity,compressive strength,and shear strength of the backfill material were studied.These four factors include coal slurry water mass per cent concentration(A),high water material mass/slurry water mass(B),cement mass/slurry water mass(C)and fly ash mass/slurry water mass(D).Results show that initial setting time,diffusivity,compressive strength,and shear strength of the backfill material are 52-67 min,42.0-76.5 cm,0.076-0.247 MPa,and 0.033-0.139 MPa,respectively,all distributed in wide ranges.For initial setting time,the four factors are listed in a descending order as B>C>A>D according to their influences;for the compressive strength,the four factors are ranked as D>C>A>B;for the shear strength,the four factors are listed in an order as C>D>A>B.Mathematical equations between A,B,C,D and initial setting time,diffusivity,compressive strength,and shear strength were gotten,initial setting time and A,B presents quadratic function relation,and C,D present exponential relation;diffusivity and A,B,C presents quadratic function relation,and D presents trigonometric relation;compress-ive strength and A,D presents exponential relation,and B,C presents quadratic function relation;shear strength and A,B presents quadrat-ic function relation,and C,D presents exponential relation.One prediction model for characteristic parameters,namely,fluidity and strength,of the coal slime based backfill material under action of various factors was established and calibrated.
