摘要
针对汽车制造过程中白车身生产线空间有限问题,探讨了车身侧围总成工位、总拼工位以及表调工位的集成式工装工艺的设计理念,着重分析了各种集成式工装工艺在产品质量、可靠性等方面的控制方法,在稳定性和提高质量等方面有推广价值。
Based on the limited floor space of body shop during the automotive manufacturing, the integrated tooling and process at the body side assembly station, framing station and metal finished station were discussed. The control method of automotive quality and reliability were analyzed. These have significant for manufacture stability and quality improvement.
