摘要
实践性知识是教师开展教学工作必要的知识基础。实习教师能够顺利地开展教育教学实践也需要实践性知识的支撑与保障。为此,实习过程也成为实习教师生成与发展自己实践性知识的过程。在分析和阐释实习教师实践性知识内容及其特征并借鉴国外学者的研究视点的基础上可以发现,实习教师实践性知识的生成路径,及实习教师发展实践性知识的"应然结果"有必要重点关注。
The practical knowledge is the necessary and important knowledge base forteachers to carry out teaching work. Practical knowledge has also become an importantknowledge support and guarantee for student teachers to conduct their teaching practicesmoothly. The process of practical teaching is the process for student teachers to generateand develop their own practical knowledge. On the base of the illustration of the contentand feature of practical knowledge of student teachers,and borrowing some viewpoints ofthe scholars abroad,the author mainly probes into the generating path of the practicalknowledge of student teachers,and makes a further analysis on the expected results of stu-dent teachers' developing their practical knowledge.
