标准化病人引入PBL教学在消化内科见习课中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的打破传统的以教师为主的教学方法,寻找更加适合本专业见习课的教学方法,以调动学生主动学习的积极性,提高学生独立思考、综合应用理论知识和分析解决临床问题的能力。方法选取2010级5年制临床专业73名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组参加消化内科见习课,实验组接受标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)引入以问题为中心的教学模式(problem based learning,PBL),对照组仅采用PBL的教学模式。结果实验组学生对教学模式的满意度及对自身能力提高的评价均高于对照组。结论SP结合PBL的教学模式可提升消化内科见习课的教学效果,值得进一步实践推广。 Objective To break the traditional teaching methods mainly based on teachers,and find the more suitable teaching method for this major course. This method can mobilize students' initiative,improve their abilities of independent thinking,comprehensive application of the speculative knowledge,and analysis of clinical problems. Methods Students of clinical specialty( level 2010 of 5-year) were divided into 2 groups to attending digestive practice course. The experimental group accepted PBL( problem based learning) combined with SP( standardized patient),while the control group were only received PBL model. Results The satisfaction of teaching model and evaluation of personal ability of experimental group were all higher than those of control group.Conclusions Application of SP combined with PBL model promoted teaching effectiveness of digestive practice course. This effective teaching model should be practiced in the future.
