摘要
目的研究标准化病人在肛肠外科教学中的应用。方法培训四年级实习同学作为标准化病人进行肛肠外科教学。结果初步研究结果表明,在肛肠外科教学中应用标准化病人具有以下优点:SP提供了多个典型病例,具有标准化的特点,确保教学的正常秩序和统一标准;保护了患者的隐私权,避免了可能的医疗纠纷;SP教学还锻炼了学生的医患交流能力。存在问题有:SP模仿的都是典型病例,回答问题都是按照培训脚本提供的标准答案作答,不利于培养学生的应变能力;部分体征难以模仿,需要配合相关模型共同实施;当前SP来源为低年资实习同学,存在不稳定性。结论标准化病人有助于肛肠外科开展教学工作,应用前景广阔,但仍有一些问题需要解决。
Objective To investigate the application of standardized patients (SP) in the teaching of colorectal surgery. Methods A few fourth-year medical students were trained to work as SP for colorectal surgery teaching. Results Based on the preliminary experience, the advantages of colorectal SP were summarized as follows: SP portrayed the typical and same set of symptoms repeatedly, thus ensuring high availability and consistency in teaching; the application of SP protected patients' privacy and avoided potential medical disputes; medical students' ability to communicate with patients were improved. The disadvantages of SP included: the adaptive capacity of medical students was inadequate due to the standardized questions and answers ; some signs were difficult to be simulated, thus needing related models to coordinate; the inherent instability of junior intern student SP. Conclusion The application of student SP in the teaching of colorectal surgery is feasible and promising, but a few problems need to be solved.
