摘要
标准化病人应用于医学教学中,是一种新型的教学方法。近年来,标准化病人在医学教学中的应用越来越广泛,可以解决以下问题:教学中资源紧缺,真实病人不能接受多次问诊、多次体格检查,真实病人不配合检查等,比真实的病人更能促进医学生能力培养和满足临床实践教学的需要,具有一定的优越性。但也具有局限性,如:模拟的病种有限,数量不够,质量不高,培养SP成本昂贵,维持稳定的SP团队较难等。这种新型教学方法能够保证教学质量,有着广阔的医学教育应用前景。本文将标准化病人在麻醉学、诊断学、儿科学和外科学中的应用介绍如下。
Standardized patients are applied in medical teaching, which is a new teaching method. In recent years, standardized patients is widely used in medical teachingand have advantages and disadvantages. The following problems can be solved： the shortage of resources in teaching, the real patients can not accept multiple questions and multiple physical examinations, the real patients do not cooperate with the examination, but sp can promote the training of medical students and meet the needs of clinical practice more than the real patients, it has certain advantages. But it also has limitations： the limited diseases, the insufficient quantity, the low quality, the high cost of SP training, and the stable SP team is hard to remain. This new teaching method can ensure the quality of teaching and has broad application prospects in medical education. The standardized patient is used in anesthesiology, diagnosis, application of Pediatrics and surgery, this is described below.
