摘要
现代远程教育作为一种新式的教学行为、教学过程,同时也是一种新式的传播活动、传播过程。现代远程教育与传统教学既有共性,又有其独特之处。在新的教育环境下,基于远程教育的特殊性,远程开放教育教师的地位和作用也发生了改变。基于此,从传播学视角出发,探讨远程开放大学教师角色的转变和基本素养。
Modern distance education is a new teaching behavior and process,as well as a new kind of communication activities and dissemination process. Modern distance education has many similarities and uniqueness as the traditional teaching. In the new educational environment,based on the particularity of distance education,the status and role of teachers also changed. From the communication perspective,this article will discuss the basic literacy and role transformation of the teachers in open universities.
