摘要
远程教育的师生关系在新形势下显现出新的特点,相应的教师对自己的角色也要进行更加清晰准确的定位,教师要做自己课程领域的专业者、教学的组织设计者、现代教学技术的熟练掌握应用者,学生学习的合作促进者和监督评价者以及师生情感的促进者。教师角色的定位是一个动态变化的过程,作为教师要边教边学,与时俱进,不断提高完善自我,更好地为远程教育服务。
The relationship between teachers and students in distance education under the new situa- tion reveals new characteristics. Teachers get clearer and more accurate positioning on their roles. Teach- ers should become experts in the field of their courses, teaching organizers and designers, skilled masters and users of modern teaching technology, cooperative supervisors and evaluators of students' learning and as well as promoters of the friendship between teachers and students. Role orientation of the teachers is a dynamic process. A teacher should learn while teaching, advance with the times, constantly improve the self-quality and offer better service for distance education.
