摘要
现代师生关系奉行的是师生主客二元对立、教师中心和权威、培养规格的统一性等理念,师生之间是支配与被支配的关系。这种不平等不仅会造成师生之间的对立、冲突,也会造成学生片面发展。后现代师生关系则以批判现代理性教育观和认识论为哲学基础,主张建立非理性的、情感约定的师生关系。师生之间具有同等的话语权,在民主平等、合作对话的过程中共同成为知识的创造者。师生之间建立起以生活实践为基础的人际关系,彼此之间既有充分的自由又有对对方的负责,是自由、责任和权利的统一。师生之间在教育和学习中经历共同生命发展的过程,最终形成健康的情感和人格,达到生命的完整。后现代主义的师生关系向人们展现了一种开放的、多元的、新颖的师生关系。
Modern teacher-student relations emphasize teachers’ authority, central place and the contrast between students and teachers. Such an unfair controlling relation can cause conflicts and contradiction between them as well as the uncompleted development of students. Post-modern teacher-student relations, based on criticizing modern rational educational concept. It advocates establishing irrational affective teacher-student relations. Teachers and students have equal rights to speak. They are all the creators of knowledge in the process of cooperative teaching and learning.The relations between teachers and students are based on practice. Full freedom and responsibility between teachers and students are the unity of freedom, responsibility and power. The relation is based on the mutual development of education and learning. As a result, healthy affect and characters are formed and life's completeness is achieved. The post-modern teacher-student relations reflect open, complex and new teacher-student relation. By absorbing its reasonable parts and dealing with its contradictions and shortcomings, it has enlightening significance towards the modern educational reform in our country.
