普洱茶对Wistar大鼠骨代谢化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本试验主要研究普洱茶对试验大鼠血清中骨代谢生理生化指标的影响。选择Wistar雄性大鼠100只,按体重随机分成正常对照组,普洱生茶、熟茶和绿茶组,共10组,低、中、高剂量分别为0.5、1.0、2.0 g/(kg·dw)。灌胃90 d后,采血牺牲试验大鼠,采用ELISA方法检测大鼠血清中骨代谢的生化指标。与对照组相比,除高剂量熟茶组外,其它试验组血清甲状旁腺素含量无显著性差异(P>0.05);除中剂量熟茶组和中、高剂量绿茶组外,其它试验组抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);各试验组血清胶原氨基末端肽和雌二醇的含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明在本试验条件下,本批次普洱生茶和熟茶不会对大鼠的骨代谢产生不良影响。 In this paper, the effect of Pu' er tea on the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism in serum of rats was investigated. A total of 100 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 groups for 10 rats in each group. The first group was designated as the control group ad- ministered with pure water by gavage. Nine groups were designated as treatment goups with daily oral administration of fermented Pu' er tea, unfermented Pu' er tea and green tea extract at the dosages of 0. 5, 1.0 and 2.0 g/( kg ~ dw), respectively. After 90 d of treatment, the rats were sacrificed, and the biochemical index of bone metabolism in serum was determined by ELISA. Compared to the control group, there were no significant differences d parathyroid hormone levels among these groups, except for the group of treated with high dose of fermented Pu' er tea(P 〉 0.05). There were significant differences between the control group and the groups of treated with medium dose of fermented Pu' er tea and medium, high dose of Green tea(P 〉0.05) for the activity of tartrato-resistant acid phospbatase (TRAP). The contents of ctNTX and estradiol among all groups had no significant difference (P 〉0.05). Under the experimental conditions, this batch of fermented and unfermented Pu ' er tea had no adverse effect on the bone metabolism of rats.
