摘要
本文通过检索有关山茶属植物茶叶及其相关活性成分及药理作用研究文献发现,关于茶叶降血脂和降血糖的功效研究较多,但对其机制及其物质基础的研究仍未明确。而对于茶叶品类来说,普洱茶和茯砖茶的研究较多;对于白茶和黄茶的相关研究文献鲜少。本文综述了山茶属植物茶叶的药理作用及其机制研究进展,以期为今后的研究与开发应用提供参考。
By searching the research literature on tea(Camellia sinensis)and its related active components and pharmacological effects,it is found that there are many studies on the efficacy of tea in reducing blood lipid and blood glucose,but the research on its mechanism and material basis is still unclear.As for tea types,Pu'er and Fu Brick Tea have been studied more;there are few related research literatures on white tea and yellow tea.This paper summarizes the research progress of pharmacological effects and mechanism of tea(Camellia sinensis),in order to provide reference for its future research,development and application.
