摘要
为研究檀香茶叶水提醇沉液对动物心血管作用及抗疲劳的影响,本实验通过制备檀香茶叶水提醇沉液,采用离体蛙心斯氏法观察檀香茶叶水提醇沉液对正常和衰竭离体蛙心的心肌正性肌力及心率的影响。采用气管结扎法观察檀香茶叶水提醇沉液抗心肌缺氧的作用,兔离体主动脉条法观察檀香茶叶水提醇沉液对血管平滑肌的影响,小鼠游泳法和耐常压缺氧法观察檀香茶叶水提醇沉液的抗疲劳及抗缺氧作用。结果表明,檀香茶叶水提醇沉液终浓度为2×10-4g/mL时具有明显加强衰竭离体蛙心正性肌力和增加心率作用;终末浓度为7.14×10-3和5.71×10-3g/mL时对家兔主动脉条平滑肌有明显的收缩作用;小鼠游泳实验显示檀香茶叶水提醇沉液具有较好的抗疲劳作用;而对小鼠耐缺氧能力末见有明显的影响。本研究将为开拓檀香茶叶的保健功能,推广檀香茶叶起到积极作用。
