摘要
为研究广枣总黄酮 (TFFC)对阿霉素 (ADR)因其大鼠心脏、肝脏过氧化损伤的保护作用 .利用阿霉素(ADR)作用于大白鼠产生心、肝过氧化损伤 ,即动物分为空白组、ADR组和实验组 (ADR +TFFC 10 0 ,15 0 ,2 0 0mg/kg) .结果 :ADR组大白鼠心、肝中SOD、GSH -PX活性较对照组为低 (P <0 0 1) ,而MDA较对照组为高 (P<0 0 1) .当用TFFC干预后 ,随着剂量的递增情况发生了逆转 ,SOD、GSH -PX逐渐回升 ,而MDA逐渐回落 (P<0 0 1) .说明ADR在动物体内通过产生自由基而对心、肝产生损伤 ,而TFFC通过维持细胞结构和功能完整性 ,清除自由基、提高抗氧化酶的活性、抑制脂质过氧化反应 ,而起保护作用 .
Activity of SOD、GSH-PX in rat cardiac muscle and liver is lower in ADR groups than control group (P<0.01),and content of MDA is higher (P<0.01).After added TFFC in the system,activity of SOD、GSH-PX goes up,and content of MDA falls gradually (P<0.01).The results show that by producing free radicals ADR injures rat's heart and liver in vivo,and TFFC can protect heart and liver by maintaining the integrity of structure and function of cytomembrane,scavenging free radicals,enhancing activity of antioxidition enzyme,inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
