摘要
以微波作为辅助方法,以乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波功率、微波时间为影响因素进行单因素试验;在单因素试验的基础上以桦褐孔菌多酚提取率为指标进行四因素三水平正交试验。试验表明,微波辅助提取桦褐孔菌多酚的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数50%,料液比1∶50,微波功率560 W,微波时间180 s;在此条件下,桦褐孔菌多酚提取率可达到3.186%。因此,微波辅助提取是一种快速、有效的桦褐孔菌多酚提取方法。
The aim of this study is to research the process conditions of microwaves assisted extraction technology for polyphenol from Inonotus obliquus. The single factor experiment is conducted with the volume fraction of ethanolion, material-liquid ratio, microwave power, microwave time as factors. On the basis of single factor experiment, four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment is conducted with lnonotus obliquus polyphenol extraction rate as index. The experiment shows that the optimum conditions extraction of polyphenol is obtained by the 50% volume fraction of ethanolion with a ratio of material-liquid at 1 : 50, extracted 180 s under microwave power of 560 W, the extraction rate of polyphenol can reach 3.186% under this condition. The microwave assisted extraction is a rapid, effective method for extracting polyphenol from Inonotus obliquus.
