桦褐孔菌对小鼠急性肝组织损伤的保护作用 被引量:12

摘要 [目的]探讨桦褐孔菌对小鼠急性肝组织损伤保护作用.[方法]以D-氨基半乳糖和内毒素合用制作小鼠急性肝损伤模型,每日分别灌胃给予实验小鼠桦褐孔菌石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物及粗多糖,连续10d,检测小鼠血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)值的变化.[结果]桦褐孔菌石油醚及乙酸乙酯萃取物可降低肝组织损伤小鼠血清AST,ALT值,增加肝组织SOD,GSH-Px活性,减少MDA含量,作用均呈剂量依赖性.[结论]桦褐孔菌对D-氨基半乳糖和内毒素合用诱导的小鼠急性肝组织损伤具有一定的保护作用. OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effects of extracts of Inonotus obliquus on acute hepatic failure in mice. METHODS D-GalN and LPS were injected i.p. to induce acute hepatic failure. The mice in several groups were orally given petroleum ether, acetic ether, n-butanol extracts and polysaccharose of Inonotus obliquus, for 10 days constitutesly. The activities of SOD, GSH-Px and the content of MDA in liver of every groups were measured. RESULTS Petroleum ether and acetic ether extracts of Inonotus obliquus distinctly decreased the activities of serum ALT and AST, and increased the activities of SOD, GSH-Px which were benefit for eliminating the free radical, and reduced the content of MDA in liver. And all of the above effects were dose dependent. CONCLUSION Inonotus obliquus has protective effects on the acute hepatic failure induced by D-GalN and LPS.
