摘要
我国医疗体制改革的逐渐深入以及医院现代化管理水平的不断提高,给我国医院的人力资源管理工作提出了更高的要求和挑战。在当前新的形势下,医院要想取得长足的发展与进步,就需要对人才进行大力培养,也就是说需要将广大医务工作者工作的积极性和主动性充分的调动起来。本文通过对激励理论的相关原理进行分析,提出了激励理论融入和渗透到医院人力资源管理当中的几点建议,希望对相关的医院人力资源管理工作具有一定的参考价值。
