随着医改的深入,医院将面临更为激烈的市场竞争,而人才竞争是市场竞争的最重要方面,争夺人才就是争夺医院未来发展空间,关系到医院的生存大计。因此,探索当前我国公立医院的人力资源管理对医改的深入推进具有很深的现实意义。
With the deepening of the medical reform,the hospital will face more intense market competition,and competition for talent is the most important aspect of the market competition,competition for talent is to fight for hospital space for future development,relationship to the hospital＇s survival plan.Therefore,the exploration of the current human resource management of public hospitals in China has a profound practical significance for the reform of health care reform.
