摘要
在新形势下,中国医疗市场竞争日益激烈,对其人力资源管理的发展趋势进行分析与认识,助于医院进一步对自身发展战略进行解析。从医院人力资源管理这个角度而言,即是医院要科学客观地预测未来的组织任务与内外环境对医院组织工作提出的要求。而要完成这一任务,满足其要求,就需要为医院人力资源提供必要的支撑,提高医院竞争力。因此,笔者在该文主要对新形势下医院人力资源管理的发展趋势进行分析,进而针对这些发展趋势而提出相应对策,合理地规划医院人力资源工作,切实提高医院竞争力。
Under the new situation, the medical market competiveness is increasingly fierce in China, and the analysis and awareness of development trend of human resources management contributes to the further analysis of se lf -d ev elopmen t strategies, and for hospitals, they should scientifically and objectively predict the future organization task and requirements of internal and external environments for the hospital organization work, in order to finish the task, we need to provide n e c-essary support for the hospital humanistic resources thus improving the hospital competiveness, therefore, the paper mainlyanalyzes the development trend of hospital humanistic resources management under the new situation thus putting forwards the corresponding strategies according to these development trend, rationally allocate the hospital humanistic resource work and truly improving the hospital competiveness.
