摘要 为更多考虑电网可靠性的经济价值,实现电网可靠与电网经济的平衡,基于资产全寿命周期成本管理的理念,以设备的寿命周期作为规划研究周期,建立输电网规划方案全寿命周期成本分解模型。针对冀北电网进行输电网规划方案比选研究,量化评估电网滚动规划优化成果,进一步提高电网规划的经济性和科学性,最终实现电网资产全寿命周期各环节工作的协调统一。 For more consideration to the economic value of power grid reliability and coordinating power grid reliability and economy, a decomposition model of life cycle cost for transmission network planning is established in this paper based on the concept of life cycle cost management and considering life cycle of equipments as network planning horizon. The scheme comparison study for transmission network planning in Jibei power grid is conducted to quantize and assess the optimization results of the rolling transmission network planning, further improve the economics and science of power grid planning and finally realize the coordination of each link in the whole life cycle of grid.
