摘要
结合超高压电网管理实际,将LCC管理理念用于电网检修计划制定、电力设备管理、技改计划管理、可靠性指标管理流程中,提出相应的管理目标、推广和配套措施方面的建议。
Based on the management practice of EHV grids, the LCC management concept was applied to grid mainte- nance planning development, equipment management, retrofit scheme management, and reliability management process. Suggestions on management target, achievement promotion, and matching measures were proposed.
