摘要
以低含氢硅油(SH)和三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚二辛酸酯(AEDD)为原料,甲苯为溶剂,H2Pt Cl6为催化剂,合成了一种新型的有机酯改性硅油——三羟甲基丙烷烯丙基醚二辛酸酯改性硅油(SE),其结构经1H NMR和FT-IR表征。考察了甲苯用量、物料比r[n(AEDD)∶n(SH)]、反应温度、反应时间和H2Pt Cl6用量对SH转化率的影响。结果表明,在最优反应条件[AEDD 0.1 mol,r=1.1,甲苯90 m L,H2Pt Cl68 g,于100℃反应6 h]下,SH转化率85%。
A novel organic ether modified silicone oil,trimethylolpropane allyl ether two octanoate modified silicone oil( SE),was synthesized by the reaction of low hydrogen silicone( SH) with thrimethylolpropane allyl ether tuo octanoate( AEDD),using methylbenzene as solvent and H2 Pt Cl6as catalyst. The structure was characterized by1 H NMR and FT-IR. Effects of solvent,r[n( AEDD) ∶ n( SH) ],reaction temperature,reaction time and catalyst on transformation rate of SH were investigated. The results exhibited that the optimum synthesis conditions of SH at 100 ℃ for 6 h were as follows: AEDD 0. 1 mol,r = 1. 1,methylbenzene 90 m L,H2 Pt Cl68 g. The transformation rate of SH was 85% under the optimum conditions.
