摘要
研究了乳化剂类型与用量、聚合动力学、聚合温度、偶联剂用量对乳液聚合制备氨基改性硅油皮革滑爽剂的影响,以及氨值、聚合度与使用性能之间的关系,通过测定乳液的稳定性、氨值、黏均分子质量及其应用性能,得出采用有机硅单体质量12%~20%的复合乳化剂、2%~4%的N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,聚合温度为85℃,氨值为0.25~0.42mmol/g,黏均分子质量40000~65000之间,制得产品稳定,可赋予成革优异而持久的滑爽性.
It is searched that the fact of emulsifying agent , polymerizing temperature and silane coupling agent on the properties of amino- silicone emulsion used as smoothing agent for leather being synthesized by emulsion polymerization, as well as its polymerizing dynamics. By determination the stability, amino value, viscosity- average molecular weight and using property of the product, it is resulted that as the amount of complex emulsifying agent by 12 % - 20% 1)4 weight , the amount of N - β aminoethyl - T - aminopropyl trimethoxy silane by 2 % - 4 % weight, polynlerizing temperature 85℃, viscosity - average molecular weight 40 000 - 65 000, amino - value 0.25 - 0.42 mmnol/g, the prepared emulsion is provided with better stability and longterm use property
