摘要
通过将八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)在碱性条件下的乳液聚合反应,研制出了阳离子型皮革滑爽剂AX-Ⅰ,结果表明加入少量非离子型表面活性剂与阳离子型乳化剂并用进行乳液聚合,可以保护乳液粒子,防止由于电解质引起的乳液粒子的相互凝聚而形成大颗粒。制得产品稳定,可赋予成革优异而持久的滑爽性,丝滑感强。
The emulsion polymerization process of D4 is carried out for the cationic organic silicone smoothing agent under the alkaline medium. The results indicate that inorganic salts such as NaCI or Na2SO4 from the emulsifier and catalyst during the emulsion polymerization may cause a slow coagulation of emulsion particles to form large emulsion particles which would result in creaming of the cationic emulsions. The prepared emulsion is provided with better stability and the finished leather can have long-term use property and better silky smoothing properties
