摘要
以油酸和环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为原料,以水为溶剂,合成油酸酯季铵盐表面活性剂。产物通过红外进行结构表征;通过测定产率随温度的变化关系,确定出最佳反应温度为70℃时,产率为70%;通过四苯硼钠反滴法测定合成产物中季铵根离子的含量,从而确定合成反应的产率,在温度70℃时,产率最高为77%;通过硫代硫酸钠反滴法对产物溴指数的测定;通过溴指数来表征油酸中双键的变化。经测定,产物的临界胶束浓度CMC为1.19×10-2g/L,在该浓度下的表面张力γcmc为46.4 m N/m,证明油酸酯季铵盐表面活性剂具有较高的表面活性。
Quaternary ammonium salt surfactant with oleic acid groups was synthesized with Oleic acid and Epoxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride as raw material in the water solution. The product structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy; The optimal temperature is 70 ℃ and the yield is 70% through measuring the yield varies with the relationship with temperature ; Bromine Index of product was measuring through anti-drop method of Sodium thiosulfate; the changes of double bond in oleic acid was characterized through the bromine index. The result showed 1.19×10^-2 g/L was the critical miceUe concentration （CMC） of the product, and 46.4 mN/m was its surface tension γcmc at that concentrationi Quaternary ammonium salt surfactant with olcic acid groups having a high surface activity through the result.
