摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(W S-62M)、N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷(SG-S i900)和聚氧乙烯甲基缩水甘油醚为原料,通过酯交换反应和开环反应,合成了可用于织物柔软整理的亲水性氨基硅油柔软剂,确定了其最佳合成条件。应用结果表明,经亲水性氨基硅油整理后的织物手感柔软、白度和吸水性较好,有一定的抗皱性和耐洗性。
Using α,ω-dihydroxydimethylpolysiloxane ( WS-62 M ), N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane (SG-Sig00) and glycidyl polyoxyethylene methyl ether as raw materials, hydrophilic aminopolysiloxane fabric softener was synthesized by ester interchange reaction and ring-opening reaction, and optimum conditions were determined. Applied effects showed that hydro- philic aminopolysiloxane imparted the fabric good softness, whiteness, hydrophility, wrinkle resistance and durability to home laundering.
