摘要
用数均摩尔质量为 2 6 40g/mol的含N - β -氨乙基 -γ -氨丙基的硅油与 0 8% (相对于硅油的质量分数 ,下同 )的甲基三乙氧基硅烷或 0 6 %的γ - (2 ,3-环氧丙氧基 )丙基三甲氧基硅烷在 90~110℃反应 1~ 4h ;再分别用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、乙二醇单丁醚和水乳化 ,可制得反应性氨基硅乳RAS - 1和RAS - 2。将其用于聚酯 /胶粘共混纤维织物的整理 ,轧余率约 70 % ;织物经 10 0℃烘干 ,180℃固化 30s,可获得柔软的手感和良好的回弹性。与对照样相比 ,经RAS - 1/2整理后织物的折皱回复角分别提高 5°(RAS - 1)和 10° (RAS - 2 )。另外 ,用RAS - 1/2硅乳整理的 10 0 %棉织物经二氯甲烷萃取 2h后 ,面积保留率仍可达 99 5 % (RAS - 1)和 99 7% (RAS - 2 ) ;对照样为 98 5 % (NAS - 1)。
s:By means of heating 3-[(2-aminoethyl)amino]propyl group-containing polysiloxane ASO-1 ( M n 2 640 g/mol)with 0 8% (on ASO-1 weight) methyltriethoxysilane or 0 6% γ -(glycidyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane at 90~110 ℃ for 1~4 h,adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ,glycol mono-butyl ether and H 2O,two different reactive amino-functional silicone emulsions RAS-1 and RAS-2 were prepared. Polyester /rayon blends with soft handle and elasticity were given by padded with the emulsions ,squeezed to 70% pick up,dried at 100 ℃,and cured at 180 ℃ for 30 s . The fabric wrinkle recovery angle of polyester /rayon finished with RAS-1 or RAS-2 enhanced 5°(RAS-1)and 10°(RAS-2), as compared with the contrast fabrics finished with NAS-1[an amino silicone emulsion prepared from ASO-1 and [(Me 3Si) 2O]. 100% Cotton padded with above emulsions ,squeezed,dried,cured,had a area retention of 99 5% (RAS-1)and 99 7% (RAS-2);the contrast,98 5% (NAS-1),after CH 2Cl 2 extracting at 40 ℃ for 2h.
