摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷和丙烯酰氯、己酰氯为原料,二氯甲烷为溶剂,制备长链烷基酯。对甲醇/盐酸体系中的水解反应进行了探讨,得出最佳条件为:水解时间为6 h,水解条件为n(甲醇)∶n(盐酸)=1∶1,产物收率为65%。然后再用制备出来的长链烷基酯和低含氢硅油为原料,甲苯为溶剂,氯铂酸为催化剂,制备Si─C型长链烷基酯改性硅油,较适宜的合成条件为:催化剂用量占原料总质量的0.04%,反应时间为6 h,合成的酯改性硅油无色透明,收率为86%。
TrimethylolProPane,acrylic acid chloride and n-hexyl chloride as start materials,dichlorometh-ane as solvent to synthesis long-chain alkyl ester. We investigated the hydrolysis reaction condition in methanol/hydrochloric acid system to get the best one:hydrolysis time is 6 h,the best molar ratio of meth-anol and hydrochloric is 1 :1 and yield is 65%. And then we use long-chain alkyl ester and low hydrogen silicone oil as raw material,toluene as solvent,chloroPlatinic acid as catalyst to PreParation Si─C tyPe long chain alkyl ester-modified silicone oil. The amount of catalyst accounted for 0. 04% of the total mass,reaction time is 6 h to get colorless transParent ester-modified silicone oil and yield is 86%.
