摘要
行动导向教学法是一种通过教学组织实施,提高学生综合职业能力的教学方法,目前仍处于发展完善阶段,通过构建具有规范性的行动导向教学模式,可以推进行动导向教学的进一步发展。构建行动导向教学模式,既要把握其实施原则,又要依据教学学生主体理念和项目课程等思想,制定出行动导向教学模式的组织实施过程;通过行动收集信息阶段、行动计划制定阶段、行动实施阶段、行动评价阶段等四个过程的教学过程,实现提高学生综合职业能力的目标。
Action-oriented pedagogy is a teaching model to improve students' comprehensive vocational ability, which is still in the devel- oping stage and it could be further developed by constructing normative action-oriented teaching mode. In the process of doing, both the imple- mentation principle and the concept of the students as well as the project course shall equally be emphasized. The goal of improving the students' comprehensive vocational ability is achieved through four stages: gathering information, planning,implementing and evaluating.
