摘要
四辊卷板机中辊位移的给定精度直接影响板材卷制质量,依靠人工经验进行卷制试卷次数多,工作效率低下,且卷制精度差。根据弹塑性弯曲工程理论建立的卷圆半径与侧辊位移相关联的数学模型,能够准确设定板材对中、端部预弯、连续卷制、末端预弯和最终合口等工艺参数,提高卷制精度和效率。
The parameter accuracy of roller displacement given in four-roller bending machine directly 'affects the plate bending quality. The problems such as many times of trial bending, low efficiency and poor bending precision are always caused by using the workers' experiences to conduct the four-roller bending process. Based on the elastic-plastic bending engineering model, the mathematical model between the bending radius and the side roller displacement was established. Also the detailed operation instructions and process parameters were presented in the plate alignment, head pre-bending, continuous bending, end pre-bending and final closing. The experiment was carried out to verify that the proposed displacement model can obtain the more accurate side roller displacement and improve the working efficiency.
