摘要
在卷板过程中,上工作辊是完成卷制的核心部件,工作中受力很大时,会产生挠变,对钢板产生的压力分布不均匀,使卷制的工件不能很好地合口,直线度和曲率达不到技术要求,直接影响工件的卷制质量。如何提高上工作辊刚度,减少挠变,是亟需解决的技术难题。
In the rolling process, the upper working roll is a core component for rolling. As the force is very big during rolling, deflection will appear which would generate uneven force onto the steel plate, and the rolled workpiece can't close in a good way with incomplete straightness and curvature. So the rolling quality of work- piece has been directly affected. The way to improve the rigidity of working roll and reduce the deflection is a teehnical difficuhy in this field nowadays needed to be fixed urgently.
