大型船用卷板机上辊挠度分析及支承结构优化 被引量:7

摘要 卷板机上辊的挠度对板料的成形质量有着重要影响,为提高卷板过程的加工精度,对大型船用卷板机的上辊系统进行了力学分析,研究了上辊在自重和工作载荷作用下的挠度变化规律;通过理论数值优化方法和基于ANSYS的有限元优化方法,对某21m超大型船用卷板机的上辊支承辊的数量、位置及施加载荷的分布进行了合理优化,不仅能较大程度上降低上辊的挠度,同时又能确保结构经济安全,避免不必要的浪费。为减小上辊的挠度变形、上卷板机梁结构设计和挠度补偿等提供了方案和理论依据。 Bending deflection of upper rollers of bending roll impacts the most on the forming quality.In order to improve the processing accuracy of sheet bending,mechanical analysis for the upper roller system of large marine bending machine was taken,and the variations of deflection caused by deadweight and working load was investigated;By taking the theoretical numerical optimization and FEA optimization based on ANSYS,the amount,locations and the imposed loads of bearing rollers of a certain 21m large marine bending machine were optimized reasonably,which not only can reduce deflection on the roller to a large extent,but also can ensure the economic security of the structure to avoid unnecessary waste,and provided a scheme and theoretical basis for reducing the deflection of upper roller,designing the upper beam structure of bending machine and deflection compensation.
