摘要
叙述了大半径小变形线材的卷圆工艺 ,分析了影响线材卷圆质量的各种因素 ,介绍了自动卷圆模的结构 。
The Circle_Curling Technology for the wire material of big Radius and small deformation was stated. The various factors that affect the circle forming quality were analyzed. An introduction was made on the structure of the automatic curling die on which the silver_copper welding circles produced meet the designed requirement.
