从影响卷圆的因素入手,详细分析介绍了两种卷圆的工艺方法和模具结构设计,特别强调应用预弯工序来减少卷圆工作量,这是厚板小内径制件进行无芯卷圆的一把钥匙,从而突破了相对卷圆直径d/t≥4的限置,扩大了厚板无芯卷圆的范围。
This paper staring with the influence factors from the curling, detail analysis and introduction curling process and die design for two types of curling, in this paper, formed by pre-bending to reduce the workload of curling, this is a key for the thick plate to coreless curling, it is to break through restrictions of the d/t〉4 for the diameter of curling, and expand the scope of the coreless curling for plate hinge.
