摘要
应用有限元分析软件模拟得出了SUS304不锈钢不发生破裂的最大拉延直径,估算板料的极限拉延比。为了确保成形实验的准确性,进行了重复性实验。实验结果表明,实测值与仿真结果误差较小,说明了实验的可靠性。最后通过调整滑块运动速度和压边力的大小,找到了最佳的成形工艺参数。结果能为模具设计、设备选择以及生产实践提供理论指导。
The no cracked largest drawing diameter of the SUS304 stainless steel was obtained by simulation used the finite element analysis software. And the limit drawing ratio of sheet metal was estimated. In order to ensure accuracy of forming experiments, repetitive experiments were preformed. The experimental results indicate that the error between measured values and imitation results is small, which shows the reliability of the experiment. Finally, through adjusting the slider velocity and the blank holding force, the optimal parameters of the forming process are found. The results can provide theoretical guidance for the die design, equipment selection and production practice.
